Counterbalance vs reach truck — which for a narrow warehouse aisle?
Replacing an aging forklift. Aisles are tight, pallets mostly racked to 6 m. Auction inventory has both counterbalance and reach options.

Reach truck for narrow aisles and high racking. Counterbalance only if you also do loading ramps / outdoor yards often. Confirm mast stage and battery (if electric) capacity in the inspection pack.
Check tyre type — cushion vs pneumatic — against your floor. Wrong rubber kills battery life and floors.
