Confirm shipping weight/dimensions from the inspection pack, site crane/fork capacity at unload, and any oversize permits. Give the carrier clear contact and farm/site gate access codes.
Photograph load restraint before departure if you can arrange it through the agent — resolves transit claims quickly.
